Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of HB 337, the criteria for obtaining a permit to operate unmanned aircraft systems commercially have been updated. Specifically, the language has been clarified by specifying that the permit applicant must meet the requirements as set by both state and federal regulations. This change is important because it ensures that North Carolina's regulations align with federal standards, making it easier for operators to comply without facing overly strict state rules.
