Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill SB 3085 removes the language about sending notices for delinquent or forfeited property taxes, but it keeps the part that states the Collector will no longer publish this information. This change simplifies the text by focusing only on the publication aspect, which could help clarify that certain properties, which are exempt from taxes, won’t have their tax status made public. This matters because it protects the privacy of property owners by ensuring that their tax information remains confidential.
