The changes made to Bill SB 3392 involve updating the wording from "Engrossed" to "Enrolled." This shift is important because "Enrolled" indicates that the bill has been finalized and prepared for the Governor's signature, suggesting that it is one step closer to becoming law. By transitioning to the "Enrolled" version, it shows that the legislative process is advancing and the bill is nearing completion.
