Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Bill SB 587 involved updating the formatting and version status of certain lines to better clarify the current state of the bill. While no substantial content changes were made, the change from "Engrossed" to "Enrolled" indicates that the bill has completed its legislative journey and is now in its final form, pending the governor's approval. This matters because it shows the bill is closer to becoming law and can be implemented once signed.
