Plain-language change summary

The amended version of SB 1103 replaces language about releasing a scenic easement with specific details on two land parcels involved in a transaction. It now explicitly defines the boundaries and characteristics of "Parcel 1" and a newly introduced "Parcel 2." This change is important as it clarifies the properties being exchanged, ensuring that both parties understand what is included in the agreement and helps avoid potential disputes in the future.
