The amended version of Bill HB 3907 changes the requirement for law enforcement drills in schools. Previously, these drills had to take place on days when students were present, but now they can be conducted when students are not in the building. This adjustment allows for a more controlled environment during drills and could enhance the effectiveness of the training by reducing potential stress or disruptions for students and staff.
