What changed in the latest version
37 added · 39 removedPlain-language change summary
The amended version of Bill HB 4795 introduces a new section defining "negligent driving" and clarifies that local ordinance violations related to negligent driving will not lead to the suspension or revocation of a driver's license under the same standards as traffic regulations. Additionally, the amendment specifies that license revocations or suspensions cannot be finalized more than six months after the last conviction for such violations. This change could impact how drivers are penalized for local driving offenses and aims to streamline the process relating to license suspensions.
