What changed in the latest version
3 added · 28 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Bill HB 3284 includes new language that specifies the penalties for indecent solicitation of a child using electronic means, making these offenses more serious. Additionally, a large section of the original text has been removed, likely reflecting a streamlining of the bill to focus on key points. This change is important because it clarifies how offenders will be punished when they use technology to commit such crimes, ensuring stronger legal consequences for those actions.
