In the updated version of Bill HB 2188, all the previous references to the bill as "Engrossed" have been changed to "Enrolled." This is important because the "Enrolled" designation indicates that the bill has completed the legislative process and is ready for final approval, while "Engrossed" typically refers to a version that has passed one chamber but not yet the other. This change reflects the bill's progress and brings it one step closer to becoming law.
