Summary

Amends the Illinois Athletic Trainers Practice Act. Makes changes concerning definitions of terms used in the Act. Makes changes in provisions concerning exemptions from the Act and grounds for discipline, including by adding the following: failing to maintain complete and accurate records of all treatments rendered and failing to provide copies of medical records as required by law.
