The latest version of SB 3367 updates legislation regarding the debt limitations for the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Community Unit School District 10. It allows the district to issue bonds up to $28.5 million to fund school construction and improvements, provided that local voters approve the bond issuance in an election. This change matters because it gives the school district more financial flexibility to enhance educational facilities, which can lead to better learning environments for students.
