Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to Bill SB 3003 introduce a structured hunting season for wild turkeys, allowing for specific spring and fall hunting periods along with a youth-only season. This new regulation requires hunters to obtain a valid "Wild Turkey Hunting Permit" and defines the conditions under which different types of turkeys can be hunted in each season. These amendments aim to promote responsible hunting practices and establish clearer guidelines for turkey hunting, which could help manage turkey populations and ensure a safer hunting environment.
