The recent changes to HB 2641 clarify that condominium boards can take emergency actions without holding a meeting, but they must adopt specific procedures to ratify and confirm these actions later. This adjustment matters because it helps ensure that urgent decisions can be made quickly in emergencies while still maintaining accountability to condominium owners through required procedures.
