The revised version of Bill SB 3018 replaces a previous draft with a new enrollment. While the specific content of the changes isn't provided, the transition from "Engrossed" to "Enrolled" generally signifies that the bill has undergone final adjustments and is now prepared for the governor's review. This step is important because it means the bill is close to becoming law, and any final revisions could impact the legislation’s implementation or effectiveness.
