What changed in the latest version

The changes made to Senate Resolution 140 revolve around the clarity and specificity of the information required for an audit concerning the placement of children in care. The updated version emphasizes accountability by detailing the information to be collected about the placement process, including how quickly children are placed and if their placements align with clinical recommendations. This matters because it aims to improve the safety and well-being of children in the care system, ensuring better oversight and potentially leading to more effective policies in the future.
