What changed in the latest version
35 added · 44 removedPlain-language change summary
The amended version of SB 3274 includes additional sections that list specific laws being repealed, with some being set to end on January 1, 2019 and others on December 31, 2019. For instance, the Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act and the Structural Pest Control Act are now noted for repeal on those specific dates. This change is significant because it clarifies which regulations will no longer be in effect and helps streamline licensing processes in these areas by phasing out outdated laws. Overall, these adjustments could lead to a more efficient regulatory environment.
