Plain-language change summary

The updated version of the bill changes the title and references from "Chinese American history month" to "Americans of Chinese descent history month." This shift broadens the focus to include all Americans of Chinese descent, rather than just those identified as Chinese Americans. This change is important as it aims to recognize and honor a wider range of contributions from individuals of Chinese descent living in the U.S., promoting inclusivity and a richer understanding of their impact on history and heritage.
