The recent changes to Senate Bill 5741 maintain several specialty license plate options and their corresponding fee structures. Notably, the language has been clarified by removing redundant phrases about alternative names, streamlining how these license plates are described. This simplification helps ensure that the bill is easier for the public to understand and for officials to implement. Overall, these clarifications could contribute to a smoother process for those interested in obtaining these specialty plates.
