and WHEREAS, Marieme Wade consistently worked to improve herself and sought opportunities to supWHEREAS, Aicha Wade, a rising sixth-grade student at Lakeside Middle School, was an engaging conversationalist who was well known for her warmth, compassion, and infectious smile;
and WHEREAS, Omar, Marieme, and Aicha Wade were role models for many other local children, demonstrating generosity, empathy, and the importance of self-respect through their many volunteer activities;

now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Senate of Virginia hereby note with great sadness the loss of Omar, Marieme, and Aicha Wade, beloved members of the Albemarle County community;
