Plain-language change summary

The latest changes to Bill HB 931 clarify the definition of a certified registered nurse anesthetist by switching the terminology from "advanced practice registered nurse-certified registered nurse anesthetist" to simply "certified registered nurse anesthetist." This change is significant because it streamlines the language used in the legislation, making it clearer and more straightforward for understanding the qualifications and scope of practice for these nursing professionals. This amendment helps ensure that the law more accurately reflects the role and expertise of certified registered nurse anesthetists in Pennsylvania.
