Plain-language change summary

The most notable change in the bill SB 74 is the removal of references to "employers," "fiduciaries," "individuals," and "corporations" from the definition section. By streamlining the definition of "business firm" to only include entities authorized to do business in the Commonwealth, it clarifies the types of organizations that can participate in tax credits for pediatric cancer research. This simplification may make it easier for relevant businesses to understand their eligibility and support important medical research.
