The latest version of Bill SB 723 has been updated by replacing the term "Engrossed" with "Enrolled," which signifies that it is now in its final form before being sent to the governor for approval. This change matters because the "Enrolled" version is the official document that will be signed into law, indicating that any previous discussions or amendments have been finalized. Essentially, it shows progress in the legislative process, as the bill moves closer to becoming law.
