The latest version of Bill HB 1517 includes some new lines of text while removing others, specifically refining how funds from the Fraternal Order of Police will be handled. The key change specifies that these funds will be directed to a particular entity and emphasizes that the distribution will be subject to the approval of the General Assembly and managed by the Secretary of State.
