Plain-language change summary

The changes to Bill HB 3370 involve updating the wording to change "Engrossed" to "Enrolled." This distinction reflects a final version of the bill that has been approved by both legislative chambers. This matters because an "Enrolled" bill indicates that it is ready for the governor's signature, signaling the culmination of the legislative process and moving it closer to becoming law.
