The revised version of Bill SB 566 adds a requirement for the State Superintendent of Schools to provide information to all affected entities and parties, which broadens communication and ensures that everyone impacted by school laws is informed. However, some specific language has been removed, streamlining the text while maintaining the bill's focus on enforcing the Superintendent’s interpretations and rules. This change is important because it clarifies who needs to be included in these communications, potentially leading to more consistent application of school laws across West Virginia.
