Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 344 clarifies that college students attending institutions in Pennsylvania can be eligible for a resident hunting license if they meet certain criteria, such as providing proof of enrollment and paying necessary fees. Additionally, the amendment specifies that these students can receive license and fee exemptions for a maximum of four consecutive years. These changes are important as they make it easier for students to participate in hunting activities while still attending school, thereby supporting their engagement with outdoor traditions.
