Plain-language change summary

This version of the bill has added "human trafficking" to the list of issues addressed in educational programs about sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking at colleges and private schools. Additionally, the wording was slightly revised to clarify the scope and definitions related to these programs. These changes are significant because they expand the focus of educational initiatives to include human trafficking, acknowledging its prevalence and the need for comprehensive prevention and response strategies in educational settings.
