Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HB 2209 includes corrections to the printer's number and clarifies the process for marking run-of-the-river dams. It now specifies that the Department must not only compile a list of these dams but also notify the owners about marking requirements within three months. This change matters because it ensures that dam owners are well-informed about safety measures, ultimately aiming to protect the public from potential hazards associated with these waterways.
