What changed in the latest version

The latest version of Bill HB 404 adds mention of the Department of Agriculture as an entity that oversees licensed professionals, alongside the existing departments like Health and Banking. This change matters because it ensures that individuals in agricultural professions who are called to military service will not lose their professional licenses or be required to complete continuing education while they serve. This amendment aims to better protect and support all professionals during times of national crisis.
