Summary

Appropriates moneys to Manufactured Dwelling Parks Account for the grants. Sunsets program June 30, 2023. Renames Mobile Home Parks Purchase Account to Manufactured Dwelling Parks Account. Expands allowable uses of account to support infrastructure for new manufactured dwelling parks, to support displaced individuals from closed parks and to supplement new manufactured dwelling park grants to nonprofit. Requires Housing and Community Services Department to submit report to Legislative Assembly on grants by December 15, 2020. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
