Changes description of State Department of Fish and Wildlife duties, functions and powers. Renames State Department of Fish and Wildlife to Oregon Fish and Game. Renames Wildlife Division of department to Game Division. Changes title of State Fish and Wildlife Director to State Fish and Game Director.
