Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Senate Resolution No. 43 now includes additional lines that express gratitude and recognition for Vietnam veterans and address the ongoing impact of their service. It emphasizes the sacrifices made by both those who lost their lives and those who returned to a divided nation, while also highlighting their contributions as leaders in society today. This is significant because it seeks to honor and acknowledge the complex legacy of Vietnam veterans, underlining the need for respect and appreciation for their service.
