Plain-language change summary

The amendment to H.R. 1078 removes subsection (c) from section 4024 of the CARES Act (15 U.S.C. 9058). This change means that the provisions or requirements outlined in that subsection are no longer part of the legislation. The practical effect is that it simplifies the text of the bill by eliminating these specific guidelines.
