What changed in the latest version
25 added · 50 removedPlain-language change summary
The changes to SB 1681 primarily refine the processing and fee structure for issuing Multiple Sclerosis Assistance license plates. Notably, the updated version clarifies that the special plates can be issued as vanity or personalized options and specifies how fees are allocated, including a portion going to the Multiple Sclerosis Assistance Fund. These adjustments ensure transparency about funding and enhance the customization options for vehicle owners, which could encourage more participation and support for individuals with multiple sclerosis.
