Plain-language change summary

The changes to Bill SB 3380 involve removing the word "Engrossed" and adding the term "Enrolled" in two places. This switch signifies a stage in the legislative process; "Enrolled" indicates that the bill has been finalized for presentation to the governor for approval. This matters because it shows that the bill is closer to becoming law, reflecting the legislative body's final version before it is sent to the executive branch.
