Plain-language change summary

The amendment to SB 3792 removed the phrase "owner-occupied" before "residential property." This change means that the bill now applies to all residential properties, not just those that are owner-occupied. This is significant because it broadens the scope of the bill, potentially offering benefits or protections to a wider range of property owners and renters.
