What changed in the latest version

The amendment to Bill HB 1908 now requires a prescription for pseudoephedrine, a common ingredient in many cold medications. Previously, it was available over the counter without a prescription. This change is significant because it aims to reduce misuse of the drug, which can be used to make illegal substances, while still ensuring that those in need can access it through their healthcare providers.
