AN ACT concerning cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and tobacco products; regulating the manufacture, wholesale and distribution of electronic cigarettes; requiring all wholesales of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco and roll-your-own tobacco to be transacted between licensees under the Kansas cigarette and tobacco product act; requiring the licensure of electronic cigarette manufacturers; prohibiting the sale of e-cigarettes marketed to minors; amending K.S.A. 79-3301, 79-3302, 79-3333, 79-3334 and 79-3373 and K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 79-3321 and repealing the existing sections.
