The recent changes to Bill HB 3304 involve the removal of previous language about establishing a commission and the addition of new references for an "Engrossed" version of the bill. This is important because it clarifies the intent and focus of the bill, which is to create patriotic memorials for the 250th anniversary of the United States, along with a timeline for their construction. Simplifying the language may help make the bill clearer and more effective in guiding the celebration.
