Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to SB 677 update several fees and percentages related to financial regulations. Notably, the fee for a broker-dealer's agent increased from $66 to $70, fees for certain services were raised from $240 to $300, and the Auditor's share of fees collected rose from 20% to 25%. These changes aim to ensure that the funding for the regulatory framework reflects current costs and helps maintain effective oversight in the financial sector.
