Plain-language change summary

The changes to Bill SB 794 primarily involve the removal of a specific line detailing its reporting history from the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Additionally, the enrollment statement now clarifies that the bill will go into effect 90 days after being passed, with a specified date of July 10, 2025. These adjustments streamline the language and clarify the timeline for the public, ensuring that everyone is aware of when the changes to public road rights-of-way will take effect.
