now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly hereby commend Susan B.
and E WHEREAS, Susan Seward served as chair of the Sussex County Board of Supervisors for six years staWHEREAS, Susan Seward, through the performance of her duties and responsibilities as a member D of the Sussex County Board of Supervisors, has made excellent and constructive contributions for the betterment of Sussex County and the improvement of a wide range of its operations;
