Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Bill SB 5486, the language specifying that certain restrictions do not apply to wrestling events has been removed. This means that all contests or promotions, including those held at establishments selling liquor and adult entertainment venues, will now be subject to the same rules regarding the protection of people with dwarfism. This change is significant because it broadens the scope of the legislation to ensure that no form of exploitation, including wrestling events, can put individuals with dwarfism at risk.
