The bill has been amended to change the memorial designation from a section of road to a bridge, specifically naming it the "U.S. Army 2LT Eston Kuhn Memorial Bridge" instead of the "U.S. Army 2LT Eston Kuhn Memorial Road." This change recognizes the service and sacrifice of Eston Kuhn by memorializing a specific bridge known as Crazy Bridge, providing a more prominent and lasting tribute to his contributions during World War II. The designation helps ensure that his legacy is honored in a visible and meaningful way for future generations.
