The amended version of Senate Bill 222 makes adjustments to the text regarding the development of an incentive plan for West Virginia veterans. Specifically, it removes certain numerical references that were likely outdated or unnecessary. This change matters because it helps clarify the bill’s intentions and ensures that the focus is on creating discounts for veterans using state parks, ultimately supporting those who have served.
