Plain-language change summary

The changes to Bill HB 120 clarify that suspensions related to unpaid fees by certain professional license holders will not be seen as disciplinary actions. This is important because it helps protect a professional's reputation, making it clear that a suspension for non-payment is different from a disciplinary issue that could affect their career. Additionally, the process for reinstating licenses after such a suspension remains straightforward, involving the payment of fees and penalties. This amendment aims to provide a more balanced approach to managing licensing issues.
