Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HB 5632 includes several changes, primarily increasing the requirements for real estate salespeople. Now, applicants must show involvement in a minimum of 20 closed transactions instead of just 10, which means higher standards for those entering the profession. Additionally, the bill clarifies how salespeople can designate an entity, like a company, to receive their compensation. These changes are important as they aim to ensure that new real estate professionals have more experience before being licensed, ultimately aiming to improve service quality in the industry.
