The updated version of Bill SB 691 specifies that the Augusta Correctional Center will be sold, with the sale proceeds going to Virginia's general fund. Additionally, it now clearly states that certain property, including a water tank and related facilities, will be transferred to the Town of Craigsville without any cost.
