What changed in the latest version
42 added · 27 removedPlain-language change summary
The amended bill now explicitly states that Potomac State College of West Virginia University will be included in a three-year pilot program for the "Learn and Earn Program," which helps students balance work and education. The change highlights a recognition that many West Virginians, especially young adults, struggle to enroll in full-time education due to job commitments. This matters because it aims to make vocational training more accessible and could lead to better job opportunities for residents in the state, ultimately enhancing the workforce and local economy.
