Plain-language change summary

The recently passed resolution HJ 91 has been updated to include more specific information about the history and achievements of Iridium Communications, Inc. Notably, references to the company's early connections to President Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative and the ceremonial first call made by Vice President Al Gore have been removed. These changes streamline the resolution while still honoring Iridium's significant contributions to global communications over the past 25 years. This matters because it maintains focus on Iridium's technological advancements without the potentially outdated context, making it more relevant for today's discussions.
